Customer Service Center Opens in Overland Park

Integrity Financial Partners recently opened their new customer service center in Overland Park. This newly formed operation collects past due accounts and will employ more than 350 in-bound & out-bound professionals. Located in the Foxhill Office Park, IFP has leased 27,000 square feet in the former Penn National Building.

Having chosen Overland Park, IFP will benefit from the city’s central time zone, accent-free Midwestern dialect, call center-specific training programs at area community colleges, and a local chapter of the Association of Customer Contact Professionals.
